 Fibra S.A.’s EcoTanks are made of plastic and they are hermetically sealed and structurally stable, can be buried underground and used as septic tanks.

How it works

Based on its geometry, capacity and hermeticity, the EcoTank Septic generates an anaerobic bacteriological process, whereby microorganisms decompose and reduce the organic material present in domestic wastewater, allowing the discharge of the effluent directly to the terrain or absorbent well where the natural decomposition process continues.
The EcoTank Septic is the key to any further treatment, be it anaerobic or chemical, allowing the incorporation of baffles, divisions, filters, mixers or agitators, and be incorporated into a water treatment plant as a pre-treatment for  oxygenation, sedimentation, disinfection or other.

The EcoTank Septic complies with national and international norms for a house of up to twelve people.

Fabrication

Septic EcoTanks are fabricated with medium density Polyethilene through the use of the Rotational Molding Process, which permits making large monolithic bodies of great structural and chemical resistance.

Installation

For the proper installation and reception of a Septic EcoTank, an approved design of a sewage  project is required, certified by an authorized designer/installer.
It is recommended to know the terrain characteristics so as to define the installation procedures and the later treatment of the effluent.

Accessories

-Extension of inspection manhole.
-Filter for effluents, which can drastically reduce the amount of solids in suspension to 30PPM (2.5 times lower than the effluent output of an EcoTank Septic with no filter). This allows reduction of drain pipe diameters, protecting the equipment and lowering the cost of further treatments. Easy to install, it may be implemented in other types of tanks.

-Maximum level control systems, with alarm
-Carbon filter for odor absorption
