Models:
ECOIL S: Basic model, consisting of a cylindrical horizontal tank with three compartments, which realizes the separation for difference of the liquids density. The treated water fulfills the quality requirements demanded by MOP Decree 609 relating to spilled sewer.
ECOIL C: Based on the model (S) described, but with only two stages and the additional incorporation of a coalescent module, which consists of parallel and wavy sheets, causing the fluid transportation in ascending movement and in a changeable way to generate shock of droplets, and in order to produce a higher buoy effect due to its coalescence. The treated water fulfills the quality requirements demanded by MINSEGPRES Decree 90. ECOIL CO: Based on the described model (C), an additional oilfilic module is incorporated, which attracts some droplets lower than 200 microns. The idea is to force the fluid to go through a vertical module, which contain 6 or more layers of a geometric fabric of polyester fibers, with different fabric diameter and density. The caught drops are exposed to the coalescence through the shock with those preceding them, increasing the size and buoy effect up to breaking the attraction exercised by the oilfilic fibers. The treated water fulfills the quality requirements demanded by MINSEGPRES Decree 46.
Advantages:
Being prefabricated, a minor time for delivery is required comparing with those plants constructed in situ.
Being prefabricated implies optimizing the product since it is made repeatedly. Nevertheless, it has an improvement process due to the fact that our company is certified ISO 9001 2000.
The Design is conceived with skimmers to withdraw separately oil and waste material accumulation tanks, system that may include an alarm to avoid problems of dams.
The treatment level allows recycling with a considerable saving in car wash processes.
Applications:
In service stations, water treatment produced by car washing.
In car repair shops, water treatment produced by pieces and engines washing.
Big surface of parking lots where dams of hydrocarbons are generated and dragged by the rain waters to the area.
