FIBRA S.A. fabricates, by request, different processing towers and equipment according to requirements and operating conditions.  To design and manufacture these, FIBRA S.A. maintains a team of specialized professionals, who develop the detailed engineering, fabrication drawings and perform structural analysis  according to each case’s  requirements.

Equipment is fabricated with Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic or using dual laminate technology. This Dual Laminate technology is used when the situation requires that the resistance to abrasion and chemical attack of a thermoplastic be utilized by placing it as a chemical barrier, and then adding the necessary mechanical and structural resistance with Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP).  The liners or chemical barriers more commonly used are PVC, CPVC, Polypropilene, PVDF and ECTFE.
 
FIBRA S.A. performs the detail engineering, the structuring starting from the design drawings, and the supervision of the shipping and installation.
