Modern Process

EcoTanks are plastic vessels fabricated by Fibra S.A. through a process called Automated Rotational Molding, which permits fabricating large single-piece monolithic parts, with excellent structural characteristics and high impact resistance, complying with both national and international requirements.

Vanguard Design

EcoTanks have been designed to store from water to highly corrosive chemicals. An inspection cover with a vent or relief valve has been incorporated , thus ensuring total protection to the enclosed liquid. For EcoTanks, colors have been incorporated to include UV8 protection from Ultra Violet rays, which also frees content from light transmission, thus avoiding photosensitive processes such as development or growth of algae and microorganisms.

Raw Materials

EcoTanks are made using Medium Density Polyethilene, a material formulated and designed for Rotational Molding Process. The Polymers utilized show excellent stability, no degradation and therefore do not contaminate the contents. They also have extraordinary fitosanitary qualities, certified for storing and processing foods.

Installation

EcoTanks are self-supporting, light and provided with handles and/or lugs, making transport and installation easier. No heavy supporting structures are required.

Their walls are of homogeneous thickness, allowing easier installation of fittings of diverse materials.
