VERTICAL CYLINDRICAL TANKS WITH CONICAL OR CURVED BOTTOM MADE WITH FIBERGLASS REINFORCED PLASTIC
These tanks are fabricated using the Filament Winding Method in accordance with ASTM D-3299 Norm, utilizing resins of high chemical resistance reinforced with fiberglass of the unidirectional, bidirectional and multidirectional types. | Both the tank and its supporting structure are calculated to withstand simultaneous loads from the contents, wind, seismic movements and occasional operational overloads, such as incorporation of mixers.
Tanks are designed for installation on a steel supporting structure, with pillars which are bolted to foundations. Standard accessories are a manhole with cover, gasket and bolts, loading and drainage fittings, vent, ring for attaching tank to support structure, the supporting structure itself, with its pillars, lifting lugs, see-through band for watching level and nameplate. Tanks are delivered with calculation documentation, plus installation instructions and a list of the required bolts specifying type, size and material.

Tanks
