FIBERGLASS REINFORCED PIPING

These pipings are fabricated though the hand lay-up process in their chemical barrier and by the FiIament winding process for their outer structure.

The excellent mechanical properties of the Vynilester and Polyester resins reinforced with Fiberglass (FRP) allow the fabrication of piping of great efficiency when the problem is the flow of corrosive liquids under pressure and temperature.

Piping is of low weight, which lowers the installation and shipping costs, supports can be of a lighter structure, their inner surface is smooth, providing a minimum resistance to flow, thus reducing the pumping costs; they are also easy to clean and are maintenance free.

On the outside, the pipes have a resin-rich surface with pigmentation and UV inhibitor, thus offering an excellent resistance to outdoor conditions.

For all the diameters specified in the table below, there exist singularities such as elbows in 90º and 45º, tees, eccentric and concentric reductions and full face flanges.
