HISTORY

Fibra Ingeniería y Construcción S.A. has managed, during the last 20 years, to assemble and consolidate a team of technicians and engineers with a high level of training, both in managing and carrying out of projects of high complexity, in addition to developing the large infrastructure required to perform the works and projects assigned with due safety and efficiency.

TECHNOLOGY

Conscious of its responsibility worthy of the level of the activity it carries out, Fibra S.A. utilizes the most sophisticated tools available. Thus all works are projected and analyzed using sophisticated software such as Microstation, Solid Works, Algor and AutoCad. This assures structural stability of the parts in operation taking into account overloads combined with wind loads, earthquakes and external loads.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The firm, in its 27,000 square meters available, has exclusive areas for production, warehouses, offices, storage and loading and unloading spaces.

Three Filament Winding Machines, programmed through computers, and of the latest generation, are located in the main fabrication nave. With the aid of three 10 ton overhead cranes with double hoists, located in the main nave, tanks, ducts, stacks and many other very large parts are handled with no dimensional difficulties.

In another building there is a Filament Winding machine, also computer-programmed, used exclusively for FRP and Dual Laminate Material piping.

In the area destined for profile fabrication, there are two last generation Pulltrusion Machines, programmed through computers and controlled by linear programmers, where structural profiles and shapes are fabricated for use in platforms, gratings, handrails, beams, stairs and many others.

In the Rotational Molding Area we have three machines of the most advanced technology to produce and deliver products of the highest quality.
